The Answers You Need
ARE ESTIMATES FREE?
Yes! After each estimate you will receive a comprehensive quote with the EXACT cost (no hidden fees), totally free of charge.
CAN WE PURCHASE OUR OWN MATERIALS?
Yes! We just ask that all materials be ready and accessible to us at the START of the project. It is absolutely imperative that all the materials be ready to go the day we begin work. Please do not try to wait until the day before to get materials, as many things have to be ordered well in advance to arrive on time. Contrary to popular belief, Lowes doesn't keep everything in stock all the time.
WHAT IF WE PURCHASE OUR OWN MATERIALS, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE THAT CAN GET THEM TO THE HOUSE?
As long as you have your materials shipped to a local Lowes/ Home Depot, we can pick them up for you - no extra charge.
DOES LANDRY RENOVATIONS & REPAIR UPCHARGE MATERIALS IF WE DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE OUR OWN MATERIALS?
No! The retail cost will be your cost.
IS LANDRY RENOVATIONS & REPAIR LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. Jesse is a Class-A Contractor. We are happy to provide a copy of our license and/or insurance. However, you're also able to look us up on the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation's (DPOR) website.
WHO WILL PULL THE PERMITS IF THEY'RE REQUIRED?
We will pull permits when they are required in the county the job is being performed.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, we take a 50% deposit. The deposit is required to be paid 30 days in advance of the job's start date. Occasionally, for larger projects we will break the payment schedule into 3 payments - a deposit, a progress payment, and a final balance upon completion. The balance is always due upon completion.
WILL I BE PROVIDED AN EXACT START AND END DATE FOR MY PROJECT?
We are very accurate in providing start dates and completion dates (just ask any of our previous customers). However, sometimes we might finish a job a little earlier than expected or we might even ask to start a job earlier than was originally expected. If we can't start early, it's no big deal, we will come on the date that was originally discussed.
DO YOU WORK WITH A TRUSTED, LICENSED, AND INSURED PLUMBER AND/OR ELECTRICIAN?
Yes! We have a great plumber and a wonderful electrician on speed dial, and we all work very well together. If your job requires their services, we will coordinate everything for you.
IS ANY JOB TOO SMALL?
No! We are happy to combine several "honey-do" projects into a day or two's worth of work OR we have a list of smaller, "handy-man" projects that we address in chronological order, as they come in, when we have free hours or open Saturdays. Do not hesitate to reach out if something small comes up and you need a helping hand.
